Etaoin Dress ~ Plaid

Created as a showpiece for Irish Roots at Ireland Fashion Week, the Etaoin Dress is an expression of modern Irish design, heritage and feminine strength.

Designed in Ireland and handcrafted to order, Etaoin brings traditional heritage plaid into a dramatic, contemporary silhouette. A structured corseted bodice is softened by rich contrasting velvet across the bust and waist, before falling from a dropped waist into a beautifully voluminous skirt.

Detachable velvet straps allow the silhouette to be worn two ways, while the contrast between structured corsetry, heritage-inspired fabric and soft velvet gives Etaoin its distinctive character. Considered craftsmanship and statement proportions make each dress a piece to be treasured, created for black-tie occasions, winter celebrations and moments that call for something truly exceptional.

Fit
Designed with a close, structured fit through the bodice and dropped waist before opening into a voluminous full skirt. We recommend choosing your usual size. If you are between sizes, please contact us for guidance.

Pre-order: This piece is available for pre-order, with a lead time of 10-14 days from the date your order is placed. Etaoin can be made with a less voluminous skirt if desired for your occasion.
